The Floor.

... More is not always merrier. Just as we were wrapping up our 2022 Christmas light season, we had one of our new light client ask if we could help them to replace the floors in their home. The reason to why they were asking was that the home currently had three different floors in just their upstairs living space alone, and they absolutely hated how cheap it looked.

As it turned out, the home's prior owner had experienced a catastrophic water leak in the adjacent kitchen area and, for whatever reason, their idea of restoration included getting a little too creative with the new flooring design. The only logical explanation was that it was a split decision between carpet and two colors of wood-plank, so they just went with all of it.

To help the new owners turn their house-terranean nightmare into a dream come true, we removed every square inch of old flooring, then replaced it with a new, natural pine finished luxury-vinyl plank product sourced through L.L. Flooring. The uniformity of the new floor helped to make the home feel much more luxurious and spacious, and the new owners loved it.
